Mobile Office is a local-first app. Your business data — invoices, customers, items, payments — is stored only on your own device (in your browser's local storage) and, if you choose to enable sync, in your own Dropbox or Google Drive account. We do not run a database of your records. We cannot see, access, sell, or lose your books — they never reach our servers.
• If you join the waitlist or buy a license: your name and email (to deliver the product and updates).
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the transaction.
• Standard web-server logs for the static site (provided by our hosting provider, Netlify).
No analytics inside the app, no tracking pixels, no sale of personal data, no access to your invoicing data or your cloud storage account (sync tokens stay on your device).
You can export your complete database at any time (Settings → Backup / Export .db) and use it elsewhere. Deleting the app's site data from your browser removes everything from the device.
