The FaultExpert Trust Pledge

Plant-to-plant is a privilege guarded by trust.
Here is how we guard it.

Written by a working field tech who signs the same NDAs his customers do.

1Your data stays yours. FaultExpert Mobile Office is local-first: your jobs, customers, invoices, and machine records live on your device — not on our servers. We can't leak what we never collect, and we couldn't sell your data if we wanted to, because we don't have it.
2The library shares machines, not businesses. The shared fault library contains what's true about equipment — fault codes, failure modes, fixes for a make and model. It never contains who you work for, where, or how any plant runs its process. Every entry is screened by software and reviewed by a human before it publishes, and no entry is traceable to a single facility.
3Nothing crosses the wall. One business's information is never used for the benefit of another — not by our software, not by our AI, and not by our founder, whose own field contributions pass the same trade-secret screen as everyone else's.
4AI that forgets. When AI features ship, diagnostic context is built per-request, scrubbed of identifying details before it is sent, processed only by providers with no-training and zero/short-retention commitments, and discarded. Your data never trains anyone's model.
5If we ever get it wrong. We freeze publication, remove the content everywhere, and notify the affected business within 48 hours.

This page is a commitment, not marketing. Every promise above maps to a technical control — schema design that has no field for customer or site names, automated scrubbing, human review with a published checklist, and an auditable publication trail. Ask any vendor who wants your plant's data to show you theirs.
